Recommended Applications
Compared with halogen-based and phosphate-based flame retardants, magnesium hydroxide (MDH) has excellent flame-retardant performance with characteristics of low smoke, no toxicity, negligible corrosion and cost efficiency.
Both magnesium oxide and magnesium hydroxide can be used to produce magnesium soap. Magnesium soap can be used industrially as an anticaking agent, acid neutralizer, heat stabilizer, antioxidant, thickener, demolding agent, hydrophobic agent, etc.
